It is known, that the snore often arises that the tone of muscles of the soft sky decreases. So to get rid of this trouble, it is necessary to raise a tone of muscles.

To reach it it is possible by means of regular performance of following exercise: inhale, and then it is long and strainedly pull a sound "and" on an exhalation, straining throat muscles.
